The managers and staff at this shop are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I trust their expertise and can always count on excellent repair and service. My vehicle is very old and their assistance in keeping it in top condition is very much appreciated.

Had a nail in my tire. Just needed a plug, they said they couldn't do it because the tire was bad. They cant sell me 1 or 2 tires because all wheel drive. I get it. But i needed help with my tire? Went to a different tire shop they plugged and patched it up no problem! Big o tires was trying to act like they could only sell me 4 new tires? Will never use them again!

My husband and I were traveling to a wedding out of state when our tire pressure sensor alerted us to a very low tire. We found Big O Tires nearby and went there for help. Anthony Knopf met us in the parking lot and quickly assessed our problem. He got us in right away. They got our tire patched and we were back on the road very quickly. The guys at Big O Tires were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Big O Tires! Jeff & Kathie from Kansas

I was very satisfied with service done at Big O in Lakewood. I made an appointment online. I was immediately greeted when I came in. Breck went over my concerns. They contacted me within the hour with service required and price. The price was very reasonable. The work was completed within an hour. They were friendly and professional. Made recommendations but weren't pushy. Overall was very impressed with service and would recommend.
